分层开采条件下内错巷道防冲数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of Rock Burst Prevention in Inner Alternated Roadway Under Slice Mining

    • 摘要: 根据山寨煤矿1105工作面分层开采的现状,分析了下分层内错巷道开挖过程中的应力分布规律。利用FLAC2D软件模拟和讨论了不同错距条件下,煤柱内和下分层工作面的应力分布情况,结果显示:当错距小于巷道开挖所引起的应力分布范围时,会引起煤柱内应力叠加,造成应力变大。当错距大于巷道开挖的影响范围时,则主要受到巷道开挖的卸压作用。最终确定合理错距为4 m。

       

      Abstract: According to the mining conditions of 1105 working face in Shanzhai Coal Mine, stress distribution laws of lower slice inner alternated roadway in the mining process is analyzed. Alternate distance is simulated and discussed by using FLAC2D to find out the stress distribution of coal pillar and lower slice working face. The following conclusions show that the stress in the coal pillar will superimpose due to the larger stress under condition that the alternate distance is less than the influence distance induced by the roadway tunnels; while the alternate distance is larger the influence one, the stress in the coal pillar is mainly influenced by the stress relief of the roadway mining. Finally, the reasonable alternate distance is 4 m.
