固体密实充填开采基本顶力学模型研究

    Study on Mechanics Model of Basic Roof With Solid Compacted Filling Mining

    • 摘要: 采用压缩试验和理论分析相结合的方法,研究了固体充填体的压缩变形特征,即变形过程分为近似线性阶段、快速增长阶段和稳定线性阶段,且固体密实充填体变形过程属于稳定线性阶段。在此基础上经过力学简化,建立了固体密实充填开采基本顶的弹性地基梁模型,并分析了不同密实程度下充填体弹性模量对基本顶的影响。最后将建立的基本顶力学模型应用于工程实例,取得了良好的效果。

       

      Abstract: With the combining method of compression test and theoretical analysis, compression deformation characteristics of solid filling are studied, namely deformation process is divided into approximate linear stage, rapid growth stage and stable linear stage, from the result of example; it confirmed that solid compacted filling deformation process belongs to stable linear stage. On the basis of that, through simplified mechanics model, elastic foundation beam model is built with solid waste compacted filling mining immediate roof, the influence that elastic modulus of filling body on immediate roof under the different degree of compaction is analyzed. At last, taking the mechanical model of main roof into engineering project, it obtained good effect.
