钻井过程中煤层气储层损害机理研究

    Research on Coalbed Methane Reservoir Damage Mechanism During Drilling

    • 摘要: 由于煤层气储层的特殊性,钻井过程中容易造成储层损害,研究钻井过程中煤层气储层损害机理具有重要的实际意义。在分析山西沁水盆地煤层气储层特征的基础上,对钻井过程储层损害因素进行实验研究。过平衡钻井方式、毛细现象、钻井液滤液及固相颗粒侵入、水敏损害、聚合物滞留以及钻井液滤液与煤层水不配伍或配伍性差是煤层气钻井过程中储层损害主要因素。在过平衡钻井过程中,钻井液滤液及固相颗粒侵入速度、侵入半径和侵入深度随压差增加而增大。采用欠平衡钻井技术、减少钻井液滤液及固相颗粒侵入以及使用处理后煤层气采出水和可降解聚合物配制钻井液是减少储层损害程度有效措施。

       

      Abstract: Because of the specificity of coal bed methane reservoir,it was easy to cause reservoir damage during drilling,it was important and practical significance to study the reservoir damage mechanism of coal bed methane reservoir.Based on the analysis of characteristics of coal bed methane reservoir in Qinshui Basin of Shanxi Province.The main reservoir damage mechanism during coal bed methane drilling was overbalanced drilling,capillarity phenomena,the invasion of filtrate and solids in drilling fluid,water sensitivity damage, polymer retention and incompatibility or poor compatibility between drilling fluid filtrate and coal bed water.The invasion velocity,the invasion radius and the invasion depth of filtrate and solids in drilling fluid with the increase of pressure difference during overbalanced drilling.The effective measures of reducing the degree of reservoir damage was to adopt underbalanced drilling technology,reduce the invasion of filtrate and solids in drilling fluid and prepare drilling fluid with the treated produced water and degradable polymer.
