薄煤层采煤机电控系统设计
Design of Electric-control System Used in Thin Seam Shearer

摘要: 针对薄煤层开采采煤机结构的高度的限制,提出一种针对薄煤层的分体式采煤机电控系统设计,解决了采煤机电控系统受采煤机高度的影响的问题,电控系统已经在MG100/130-PLDK采煤机上得到应用,结果表明,系统可以满足采煤机要求的各种功能,实现了自动往复采煤,大大地提高了采煤效率。Abstract: In view of limiting the height of shearer structure in thin coal seam mining,this paper puts forward a kind of electrical control system design of split type shearer for thin seam,which solves the problem that the shearer electrical control system influenced by the height of shearer.The electrical control system has been applied in MG100/130-PLDK shearer,and the application results show that system can meet requirements of various functions of shearer,which has realized automatic reciprocating coal mining and greatly increased the coal mining efficiency.
