Safety Status Index Optimization of Coal Mine Production Logistics Based on Grey Theory

  • 摘要: 为了明确影响煤矿生产物流安全的众多因素、准确预测煤矿生产物流的安全状态,提出一种基于灰色理论的煤矿生产物流安全状态指标构建方法。根据煤矿生产物流各子系统的运行状况,建立了主观层次型评价指标;在运用灰色聚类减少指标相关性的同时,通过灰色关联分析,筛选优化指标体系。这种方法不仅避免了人为主观性的干扰,而且实现了指标体系的精简优化。为下一步开展煤矿生产物流安全状态评价打下基础。
    Abstract: In order to define the elements that affect coal mine production logistics and predict the safety status of coal mine production logistics accurately, the study proposes a method to construct the index system on coal mine production logistics safety status based on grey theory. According to coal mine production logistics operational status of each subsystem, study constructs a subjective hierarchical evaluation index firstly, and then, reduces index relativity by grey clustering, filtrates and optimizes the index system by grey relational analysis. This not only avoids the interference of human subjectivity, but also achieves the optimization of index system. This research laid a foundation for the evaluation of coal production logistics safety status in the future.
