斜巷钢缆胶带系统优化改造

    Optimization Reconstruction of Wire Cable Belt System in Inclined Tunnel

    • 摘要: 针对丁七钢缆胶带出现的大马拉小车,电气设备不防爆等问题,通过对钢缆胶带原各组成部分的工况、性能进行详细的分析,决定安装防爆交流电机替换原有不防爆直流电机,把原减速器低速单出轴改为双出轴及加工并更换电机与减速器连接对轮,安装ZJT系列矿用隔爆兼本安型变频调速电控装置,逆止器及电机冷却水弱化系统,改造后丁七钢缆胶带运行状况良好。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of big horse pulls a small carriage and non-flameproof electrical equipments of Dingqi mine cable wire belt,through analyzing the working condition and performance of wire cable belt original components,it was determined that the explosion-proof AC motor replaced non-flameproof DC motor,double output shaft reducer replaced the original single one and the wheel between motor and reducer was processed and replaced,and ZJT series of mining flame-proof and intrinsic frequency control electric control device,holdback and motor cooling water weakened system were installed.After reconstruction of mine cable wire belt,the operation status of the mine cable wire belt is good.
