深部松软突出煤层工作面卸压排放局部措施优化

    Local Measures Optimization of Pressure Relief Discharge at Deep Soft Outburst Coal Seam Working Face

    • 摘要: 针对深部采掘工作面局部卸压排放措施孔间距不合理导致遗留空白带动力灾害危险性增大的难题,通过引用超前钻孔围岩应力模型、孔裂隙混合瓦斯压力下扩展力学模型分析了超前卸压排放钻孔弱化煤体弹性能、瓦斯膨胀能级消突作用机理及钻孔有效作用半径试验考察理论基础,结合下峪口煤矿2#典型松软低透突出煤层瓦斯赋存特征基于流量法进行了超前钻孔卸压排放有效作用半径试验,并进行了工作面局部措施孔群优化。

       

      Abstract: According to the problems that deep mining work face local relief measures emissions hole spacing is not reasonable and it leads to the increase of left blank dynamic disaster risk, referencing the advanced borehole surrounding rock mechanics model and the pore-fracture mixed gas pressure expansion mechanics model, the article analyzes the advance pressure relief discharge hole weakening coal gas expansion energy of elastic properties of outburst mechanism and effective radius drilling test theory, combined with gas occurrence characteristics of 2# typical soft and low permeability outburst coal seam in Xiayukou Coal Mine, the effective radius of action of advanced borehole pressure relief and discharge based on the test of flow method is carried out, and the swarm optimization for working face local measures hole is carried out too.
