深井大断面沿空掘巷实体煤帮控制技术

    Solid Coal Rib Control Technology of Large-section Gob-side Entry Driving in Deep Mine

    • 摘要: 为解决深井大断面沿空掘巷围岩控制的难题,利用数值模拟软件FLAC3D,模拟1305沿空巷道留设4 m煤柱时3种支护方案的围岩变形情况。结果表明,实体煤帮布置8.5 m长锚索后变形量最小,并分析了实体煤帮长锚索的加固原理。现场实践表明,实体煤帮布置8.5 m长锚索后,两帮移近量比原支护方案减少了75%,保证了巷道的安全稳定,为高产高效工作面的生产提供了强有力的保障。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the surrounding rock control problems of large-section gob-side entry driving in deep mine, the study used numerical simulation software FLAC3D to simulate the surrounding rock deformation situation of three different support programs with 4 m roadway pillar in 1305 gob-side entry driving roadway. The results show that the deformation of roadway is small after using 8.5 m long anchor cable in solid coal rib, and long anchor cable reinforcement mechanism in solid coal rib is analyzed. The practice show that the two sides deformation reduced by 75 percent after using 8.5 m anchor cable. It ensures the safety and stability of the roadway and provides a strong protection for high production and efficiency face.
