大倾角综采工作面支架稳定性分析及控制

    Support Stability Analysis and Control at Fully Mechanized Mining Face With Large Dip Angle

    • 摘要: 针对石台矿3313大倾角综采工作面支架下滑、倾倒现象,通过理论分析研究了大倾角工作面支架稳定性影响因素,提出了工作面伪斜布置、合理选择支架参数、加强工作面顶底板管理、控制采高、提高工作面推进速度等控制措施,并应用于实践,有效控制了支架下滑、倾倒,保证了工作面安全快速生产。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon of support sliding, falling at 3313 fully mechanized mining face with large dip angle in Shitai Mine, through theoretical analysis, this paper studied the factors of fully mechanized face with large dip angle and provided control measures including oblique arrangement in working face, reasonable choosing support parameters, strengthening the management of roof and floor, properly controlling mining height and improving mining speed. The applied practices showed that the support system stability of 3313 working face is effectively controlled.
