基于耦合支护理论的破碎软岩巷道支护及其评价

    Broken and Soft Rock Roadway Supporting and Its Evaluation Based on Coupling Supporting Theory

    • 摘要: 针对红杏煤矿2#松软破碎煤层集中运输大巷顶板离层下沉、两帮移近量大、支护困难的问题,基于现场调研及耦合支护力学原理分析了巷道变形失稳的原因,得出巷道所处的复杂地质力学环境(构造发育、构造应力大)和巷道围岩自身特性(强度低、松散、破碎)是影响巷道稳定的重要因素,而破坏失稳的根本原因是支护体和围岩在强度和刚度不耦合。得出破碎软岩条件下巷道围岩耦合支护原则,并对巷道合理的支护方式及支护参数进行了设计,运用数值模拟对其进行了评价;现场工业试验结果表明,两帮移近量最大为250 mm,顶底板移进量最大为650 mm。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of roof separation sinking, large convergence and supporting difficulties of two walls in centralized transport roadway of Hongxing Coal Mine 2# soft broken seam, the study analyzes the deformation reasons of roadway based on site investigation and coupling support mechanics, and obtains that complex geological mechanics environment of roadway(structural development, large tectonic stress), and the roadway characteristics (low intensity, loose, broken) are important factors to affect the stability of the roadway, and the root cause is uncoupled of the strength and stiffness of supporting body and surrounding rock. The broken soft rock roadway under coupling support principles are obtained, and the rational roadway support methods and support parameters are designed, numerical simulation is evaluated; the results of field industrial experiment show that maximally convergence of two walls is 250 mm, and roof and floor is 650 mm.
