房式开采煤柱回收时工作面围岩应力分布模拟

    Working Face Surrounding Rock Stress Distribution Simulation in Coal Pillar Recovery by Room Mining

    • 摘要: 兰兴煤矿2201工作面是为回收旧房式开采所遗留的煤柱而设计的,条件相当复杂,为了能安全高效回采,经过理论分析和现场调研建立旧采区赋存状态模型,并运用有限元分析软件FLAC3D对旧采区复采进行数值模拟,对工作面回采过程中围岩应力分布情况进行分析研究,结果表明:载荷随工作面推进向前方煤柱内转移,采动影响范围为30~36 m,开挖煤柱内支承压力呈升高-降低-升高分布趋势,出煤柱及过空巷时应力集中明显,矿压显现强烈,应采取提前支护管理措施。

       

      Abstract: Lanxing Coal Mine 2201 working face is designed to recover coal pillar which is left during the process of the old mining, so the condition of it is very complicated. In order to mining this working face safely and efficiently, the study set up old mining area occurrence conditions model through theory analysis and site observation, FLAC3D software is used to simulate old mining area secondary mining and analyze the wall rock stress distribution in the process of mining. It was concluded that stress transferred to the front coal pillar following the advance of working face, and the scope of mining was 30 to 36 m, and abutment pressure of excavating pillar showed higher-lower-higher tendency, and it's easy to appear stress concentration when coal pillar was mined or the roadway is crossed, and ground pressure was strong, so it should take measures for support and management in advance.
