Floor Heave Mechanism and Prevention and Control Measures for Shallow Soft Rock Roadway

  • 摘要: 针对鑫鼎泰煤业2#煤层轨道大巷底鼓严重的问题,基于巷道围岩变形破坏机理,通过对巷道底鼓影响因素的理论分析,确认巷道底鼓属于挤压流动性底鼓,并得出构造应力、围岩性质和支护方案不合理是导致巷道底鼓的主要因素,提出采用锚索网-双U29型钢环形支架联合支护方案。锚杆和锚索分别控制浅部、深部围岩形成承载梁,双U29型钢环形支架具有整体均匀承载、可缩的优点,整体形成“强弱强”结构。能有效的控制围岩变形,底鼓量减少约75%,满足矿井正常生产需要。
    Abstract: Aiming at the serious floor heave problem of 2# coal seam track roadway in Xindingtai Coal Mine,based on the deformation and failure mechanism of roadway and surrounding rock, the factors affecting the floor heave were analyzed,then the floor heave was considered as extruding and flowing type,tectonic stress and the physical properties of surrounding rock and support program are the main factors for floor heave.Combined supporting plan of anchor net-double U29 type steel annulus support was proposed.The blot and the cable were separately used to control shallow and deep surrounding rock in order to form load beam.Double U29 type steel annulus support has overall uniformly bearing and yielding advantages and can form "strong-weak-strong" structure.The surrounding rock was effectively controlled and floor heave reduced by 75%,so the combined supporting plan could meet the normal production requirements.
