辛置煤矿2560工作面回撤期间瓦斯异常涌出防治技术

Control Technology of Abnormal Gas Emission During Backout Caving Period at 2560 Working Face of Xinzhi Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 辛置煤矿2560工作面停采后,工作面瓦斯一直比较稳定(工作面瓦斯浓度0.15%,上隅角瓦斯浓度0.55%,回风流瓦斯浓度0.20%)。为安全回撤,将2560工作面通风系统进行调整,调整后工作面瓦斯涌出异常,下隅角瓦斯浓度曾达到8%,严重影响安全生产。结合瓦斯监测监控数据、地面大气压监测数据和通风系统调整后前后的通风系统图,经过全面深入分析,找出了2560工作面瓦斯异常涌出的本质原因,并制定相应的措施,确保了2560工作面的安全回撤。
    Abstract: After mining,the gas of 2560 coalface has been relatively stable(face gas concentration:0.15%,upper entry corner gas concentration: 0.55%,return air gas concentration:0.20%).With adjusting the ventilation system of 2560 coalface for safety retracement,but gas emission became abnormal after adjusting.The gas of down-corner angle had reached 8%,seriously affected the safety production.Through deeply analyzing the gas monitoring data,the surface atmospheric pressure monitoring data,the ventilation map of pre-and post ventilation system adjustment,the essential reasons for abnormal gas emission and corresponding measures were achieved,which ensure the safety retracement of 2560 coalface.
