基于矸石动力混凝土及泵送充填系统的沿空留巷技术

    Gob-side Entry Retaining Technology Based on Gangue Dynamic Concrete and Pump Filling System

    • 摘要: 针对目前煤矿煤炭回收率低、矸石上井和地面沉降等重大技术难题,开展矸石动力混凝土置换煤柱的沿空留巷技术研究。首先对制作的矸石动力混凝土强度进行测试,实验结果表明:矸石动力混凝土1 d平均强度达到10.739 MPa;28 d强度达到27.659 MPa,完全满足沿空留巷巷旁支护要求;其次优化泵送矸石混凝土充填系统。现场工业性试验表明,该技术达到了成功沿空留巷的目的,实现混凝土充填、出煤2套系统互不干扰,增强了煤矿井下开采的安全性,提高了劳动生产率及煤炭回收率。

       

      Abstract: Aimed at the fatal technology problem of lower coal recovery ratio, gangue discharging from mine and surface subsidence etc, gob-side entry retaining technology of replacing pillar with gangue dynamic concrete was studied. First, the strength of gangue dynamic concrete was tested, the results showed that 1 d average intensity of gangue dynamic concrete was 10.638 MPa and 28 d average intensity was 26.780 MPa, which completely satisfied the required of gob-side entry retaining supporting; secondly, pumped gangue concrete filling system was put forward. Finally, field industrial test showed that the technology successfully reached the purpose of gob-side entry retaining, achieved non-interference of concrete filling and producing coal system, enhanced underground mining safety, improved labor productivity and coal recovery ratio.
