深埋特厚煤层综放工作面顺槽破坏规律与支护技术

    Failure Law and Support Technology for the Crossheading at Fully-mechanized Caving Face in deep Extra-thick Coal Seams

    • 摘要: 通过分析陕西彬长矿区某矿深部402103综放工作面运输顺槽围岩的破坏机理,结果表明深埋煤矿顺槽围岩具有变形大、不对称、围岩应力分布规律复杂且支护困难等特点。基于“卸压-让压-抗压耦合”的支护理念给出了402103综放工作面运输顺槽的支护和现场监测方案。实践表明,制定的顺槽支护参数合理,支护效果满足安全生产的需要。

       

      Abstract: The failure mechanism of transporting crossheading surrounding rock in 402103 fully-mechanized caving face in a deep coal mine of Binchang Mining Area in Shanxi province was analyzed, the results showed that crossheading surrounding rock in deep coal mine had the characteristics of big deformation, asymmetry, complex stress distribution law of surrounding rock and difficult support, etc. Based on the support concept, which was the coupling method of pressure relief, pressure yielding and anti-pressure, the support and on-site monitoring program for transporting crossheading in 402103 fully-mechanized caving face was put forward. The practice showed that the support parameters of crossheading were reasonable, and the support effect met the needs of safety production.
