基于CC2430的煤矿井下温度监测系统

    Coal Mine Temperature Monitoring System Based on CC2430

    • 摘要: 针对目前煤矿井下温度监测的现状及矿井的结构特点,采用有线通信与无线通信相结合的方法,设计了一种基于CC2430的煤矿井下温度监测系统。CC2430是中心节点、路由节点以及监测节点的监测与信息处理的核心。其中监控主机与中心节点之间采用有线通信,中心节点与路由节点及路由节点与监测节点之间采用无线通信。监测节点的数据经路由节点上传至中心节点,中心节点的数据通过CAN总线的方式上传至监控主机,实现对矿井内部多点监测、实时监测。结果表明,系统具有可靠性高,布网灵活,成本低,通用性强等特点,具有很好的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: In view of the current status of mine temperature monitoring and the structural characteristics of mine,a temperature monitoring and measurement system based on CC2430 is designed with wired communication and wireless communication technology.CC2430 is the core of monitoring and information processing of the central node,routing node and monitoring node.Wired communication are used between central node and monitoring host,and wireless communication are used between the central node and routing node,routing node,also between routing node and monitoring node.The data of monitoring node are transferred by routing node to the central node,and the data of central node are transferred by CAN to monitoring host,which realizes muti-point and real-time detecting inside mine.Results show that the system has the characteristics of high reliability,networking flexibility,low cost,versatility and a good prospect.
