天山矿区综放工作面矿压控制技术

Control Technology of Mine Pressure at Full-mechanized Caving Face in Tianshan Mining Area

  • 摘要: 分析了在不同炮孔角度下,超前深孔顶板预裂爆破单孔爆破方式和组合爆破方式的爆破效果。采用FLAC3D 数值分析软件对单孔爆破的炮孔角度及多孔爆破的组合炮孔角度进行了模拟。同时,在现场进行了不同参数下的爆破试验,实测了爆破前后煤体应力和钻屑量的变化。超前深孔顶板预裂爆破可有效降低应力水平,高应力区向煤岩深部转移,炮孔附近形成一定的卸载区域,得到了超前深孔顶板预裂爆破的最佳炮孔角度。
    Abstract: It analyzed the blasting effects of the single blasting methods and combined blasting methods of deep ahead roof pre-blasting at different blasthole angles. FLAC3D numerical analysis software was used to simulate the different blasthole angles of single blasting and combined blasting. Meanwhile, it carried out blasting tests under different parameters on site, measured the change of coal stress and drilling cuttings. Deep ahead roof pre-blasting could effectively reduce the stress level, high stress transferred to the deep coal rock, thus the unloaded region formed near the blasthole, and obtained the best blasthole angle of deep ahead roof pre-blasting.
