Abstract:
Taking the repair and test section project of return air crossheading at 4
-2104 fully mechanized caving face in Jianzhuang Coal Mine as the background, the technology of in-situ test with borehole camera was applied to analyze groutability of the surrounding rock of crossheading.The crack distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock of the crossheading and the reinforcement mechanism of bolt-grouting technology were combined together.The bolt-grouting program and the monitoring program were given on the basis of the original scheme. At last, the surrounding rock deformation law of grouting section and non-grouting section in the return air crossheading at 4
-2104 fully mechanized caving face in Jianzhuang Coal Mine were also obtained. The results showed that the bolt-grouting technology in the return airway crossheading at 4
-2104 fully mechanized caving face could satisfy the engineering requirements.
