Abstract:
As an important part of the mine hoisting system, hoist hydraulic brake system is asked for safety and reliability, and guarantee the task of work skip ascend and fall safely in the process of the mine ascension. According to the existing hoist hydraulic brake system principle, analysing the hydraulic system schematic, optimizing the structure design, strengthening the safety brake coefficient,the article puts forward a hydraulic brake system of constant decelerate brake and secondary braking with monitoring function.
