Abstract: On the basis of summarizing Yuandian coal mine safety management experiences of Huaibei mining industry group in the construction process,according to the new problems,the new situation of mine construction,the application of new theories,new technologies for modern safety management were continually studied,and new ways,new approaches for the safety management were explored."SIEHS" fully integrated safety management system for scientific development of Huaibei mining industry group was formed,which provided system,standardized,operational guidance for new coal mine safety management and fill the gaps for the new mine safety management.
