Abstract: So far the safety conditions of our coal mine industry are still quite serious.From the analysis of the present productive consumption and safe accidents,we could find there are many coal mine safety factors causing accident during production.One of these causation factors,strengthening the coal mine teams and groups management is the first defense line of coal mine safety production.Only ensuring the safety of field operations personnel,safety production of coal mine enterprises can be guaranteed.The management and construction of coal mine teams and groups are very important,which not only include the cultural construction,but also include the mental ability construction,etc.These are all the important missions to push forward the coal mine enterprises with the overall progress.
