Application of Reserved Withdrawal Roadway in Coal Mining Face

  • 摘要: 通过介绍刨煤工作面收尾期间预留回撤巷技术在实际生产中的经验做法及应用效果,着重对预留回撤巷道的施工方法、注意事项、技术要求以及支护参数进行了分析,给出了回撤通道的支护方案。并结合预留回撤巷技术在小青煤矿W2712工作面取得成功的应用,证明了预留回撤巷的支护强度和断面空间能够满足生产需要,可以有效提高设备回撤速度、减少设备占用时间,为刨煤工作面安全、高效回撤提供了必要的保证。
    Abstract: Through introducing experience and appliction effect of withdrawal roadway technology in actual production of coal mining face during ending period, the paper focuses on the construction method, precautions, technical requirements and support parameters, and provides support scheme of withdrawal roadway. Combined with the previous successful example of withdrawal roadway technology in W2712 working face of Xiaoqing Coal Mine, it proves that the supprot strength and fracture space of withdrawal roadway can meet the needs of production, can improve the recovery rate, effectively reduce the equipment occupation time, and provide the necessary guarantee for safety, efficient work of mining face.
