摘要: 提出基于i.MX27的新型便携式无线安全帽系统,介绍了其系统组成及软硬件实现方法。通过应用i.MX27多媒体处理器硬件平台实现了井下作业现场的环境参数监测、数据实时传输、语音通信、视频传输等功能。系统可以依靠电池供电长时间续航,建立无线通信链路,将井下场景迅速反馈至地面通信系统,具有高可靠性和灵活性。Abstract: This articl proposes a new portable safety helmet system based on i.MX27 in coal mine, introduces the system composition and software and hardware realization method. Through the application of i.MX27 multimedia processing hardware platform, the system realizes environmental parameters monitoring, real-time data transmission, voice communication, video transmission and other functions. In the case of cutting off power supply under coal mine, it is capable of using battery to quickly establish wireless communication link, respose the underground scene to ground control system quickly, thus has good reliability and adaptability.
