煤层液态CO2深孔爆破增透技术

    Technology of Liquid Carbon Dioxide Deep Hole Blasting Enhancing Permeability in Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为提高低透气性高瓦斯突出煤层瓦斯抽放率,将液态CO2深孔爆破增透技术运用于煤矿低透性高瓦斯突出煤层,考察CO2爆破对煤层透气性、百米钻孔瓦斯流量、瓦斯抽放量、抽放浓度以及突出预测敏感指标的影响。采用液态CO2爆破增透技术后,增大了钻孔瓦斯有效抽放半径和高瓦斯煤层透气性,显著地提高了瓦斯抽放放率。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve gas drainage rate in low permeability high gas outburst coal seam, CO2 deep hole blasting enhancing permeability technology was attempted to apply to the low permeability and high outburst coal seam in certain coal mine. By designing blast parameters, an application test was conducted, and the blasting effects were studied by analyzing such as coal seam gas permeability coefficient, gas flow of 100 meters drilling hole, gas drainage quantity, gas drainage coefficient, and outburst prediction sensitive indexes. After applying CO2 pre-split blasting enhancing permeability technology, it further extends the efficient draining radius and increases the coal permeable, and finally raises the coal seam's gas-extracting quantity and gas-extracting rate.
