高湿环境下高硫煤低温氧化特性试验
Experiment on Low Temperature Oxidation Characteristics of High-Sulfur Coal in High Humidity Environment

摘要: 模拟采空区遗煤高湿环境,选取低自燃性无烟煤并向其添加不同比例的黄铁矿,配制成不同硫含量的混合煤样,采用XK型程序升温试验系统、TD-1200型真密度仪测试了高湿环境下煤样低温氧化过程中的耗氧速率、CO产生规律及孔隙率等煤自燃特性参数。试验结果表明,高湿环境下,硫对煤自燃的促进作用并不随着煤样硫含量的增加而持续增大,过量的硫对煤自燃有一定的抑制性,硫含量为5%时,煤样自燃性最大,为高硫煤层自燃火灾防治工作提供理论依据。Abstract: Simulating the high humidity environment of left coal in the goaf, using of the XK-type temperature-programmed experiment system and TD-2000 true density analyzer for low combustion property of anthracite coal that mixed diffident contents of pyrite, the test determined the oxygen consumption rate, production rule of CO and pore structure of coal on the high humidity environment during the low temperature oxidation process of coal. The experimental results show that the promotion of sulfur to coal spontaneous combustion does not increase with the increasing of coal sulfur content, excess sulfur content has some inhibition for coal spontaneous combustion, and the coal spontaneous combustion achieves peak when the sulfur content is 5%, this provides theoretical basis for the work to preventing and controlling high-sulfur coal seam spontaneous combustion.
