孤岛工作面切眼对掘过程的冲击危险性评价

    Rock Burst Risk Evaluation of Island Working face Cut-hole on Tunnel Excavation

    • 摘要: 以跃进煤矿23070孤岛工作面切眼掘进为工程背景,利用FLAC3D数值分析软件对切眼掘进过程进行了数值模拟,分析了煤岩体中的应力演化规律和塑性区分布特征。在此基础上结合现场工程地质条件,划定了切眼掘进过程中可能发生冲击地压的危险区域,并提出了相应的解危措施,避免了切眼掘进过程中煤岩体受集中应力作用而发生冲击灾害的危险。

       

      Abstract: Taking 23070 island working face cut-hole tunneling in Yuejin Coal Mine as the engineering background, the tunneling process was simulated, and stress evolution rule and plastic area distribution were numerically analyzed by using FLAC3D numerical analysis software. On this basis, combined with the engineering geological conditions of site, rock burst region was evaluated during tunneling process. And then, the measures to solve the crisis was put forward, the rock-burst danger of coal and rock mass under concentrated stress during tunneling process was avoided.
