采空区下近距离煤层综采工作面支架工作阻力的确定

    Determination on the Working Resistance of Fully Mechanized Face Support in Close Distance Coal Seams Under the Goaf

    • 摘要: 对于采空区下近距离煤层回采工作面,由于其采场覆岩形成了新的结构,传统确定支架工作阻力的方法不能很好的指导这种情况下工作面的顶板管理。以旺盛煤业近距离煤层采空区下10#煤综采工作面实际条件为背景,通过数值模拟及分析10#煤层垮落高度与煤层间距之间的关系,从理论上给出了支架工作阻力的计算方法,确定了支架合理工作阻力为4 500 kN/架,与现场实测结果接近。

       

      Abstract: For the mining face of close distance coal seams under the goaf, because the overlying strata of mining area formed a new structure, traditional determination method of support working resistance could not guide the roof management in this case. In this paper, it took actual conditions of No.10 fully mechanized face under the goaf of close distance coal seams of Wangsheng Coal Industry as the background. According to numerical simulation and analysis for the relationship of No.10 coal seam caving height and the coal seam spacing, it gave the calculation method of support working resistance theoretically, and determined that the reasonable support working resistance was 4 500 kN per frame, which was close to the result of field measurement.
