基于VentAnaly的通风网络优化调节

    Ventilation Network Optimization Adjustment Based on VentAnaly

    • 摘要: 对井东煤业有限公司通风调节设施布置不合理的问题进行了分析。利用VentAnaly软件对矿井进行三维可视化建模,使用基于最小功耗的交互式通路调节法确定了调节位置和调节量。优化完成后,经过现场实测矿井总阻力降低550 Pa,用风地点和主要大巷风量模拟误差<5%,满足现场实际需求。

       

      Abstract: The paper ananlyzed unreasonable problem of ventilation regulation facility layout of Jingdong Mine. The mine ventilation system 3D visualization model was established through VentAnaly. The paper determined the location and amount of regulation by using minimum power consumption interactive pathways regulating method. The total resistance reduced 550 Pa by field measurement after optimization. Air simulation error at wind site and main roadway is less than 5%, which met the actual demand.
