Abstract: The paper studied applicability of changing direction mining technology in boundary coal recovery, based on trial and testing, proposed the longwall fully-mechanized mining face mining technology of changing direction twice, and accordingly broke regulate inclination mining and belt turning, successfully achieved the goal of arranging changing direction in the corner section of the mine. Production practice shows that the changing direction mining method can effectively improve the recovery rate of coal mine field corner and reduce production costs.
