彬长大佛寺煤矿高瓦斯易自燃特厚煤层综合防灭火技术

    Comprehensive Fire Prevention and Control Technology for High Gas and Easy spontaneous Combustion Thick Seam in Binchang Dafoshi Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 在对彬长大佛寺煤矿高瓦斯易自燃特厚4#煤层的煤样吸氧、绝热氧化特性分析和采空区“三带”实测划分基础上,选出遗煤自燃指标气体:CO、C2H4、C2H2,计算出工作面最小推进速度为6.2 m/d,并构建了联合灌浆、注惰、注胶、灌注三相泡沫于一体的集成式防灭火介质灌注系统,从而为大采面的安全高效回采提供理论及技术支持。

       

      Abstract: Based on the measured divided of "three zones" in goaf and coal sample oxygen inhalation and adiabatic oxidation characteristics analysis of inflammable high gas extra-thick 4# seam, the paper selected residual coal spontaneous combustion index gas including CO, C2H4, C2H2, and calculated the working face minimum advancing speed of 6.2 m/d, and built integrated anti-extinguishing medium perfusion system including joint grouting, injection inert gas, plastic injection and perfusion phase bubble, which provides theoretical and technical support for the safe and efficient recovery of the mining face.
