不稳定煤层软岩回采巷道支护技术

    Supporting Technology of Soft Rock Mining Roadway in Unstable Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为了尽快形成柿花田煤矿11071段首个综采工作面采煤,以柿花田煤矿11071段回采巷道支护为研究对象,分析了该段不稳定煤层软岩回采巷道复杂地质条件及破坏情况,总结了巷道破坏机理。随即采用物理相似模拟实验和数值模拟计算相结合提出合理支护方案,进而确定支护参数。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize mining in first fully mechanized working face of No 11071 in Shihuatian Coal Mine as soon as possible, it took mining roadway supporting as reseach object in No 11071 of Shihuatian Coal Mine, and analyzed complicated geological conditions and failure conditions of soft rock mining roadway in the unstable coal seam, then summrized the failure mechanism of roadway. Furthermore, it used physical similar simulation experiment and numerical simulation calculation to put forward the reasonable supportting scheme and determined the supporting parameters.
