Abstract:
According to the geological and production conditions of 7253 working face in Yaoqiao Mine spanning-650 m track roadway, the roadway deformation and failure mechanisms were analyzed. The laws of abutment pressure distribution before and after open-off cut and three stages changes of the abutment pressure ahead of face, the pressure relief and pressure increase were obtained. The dynamic stepping-segmenting reinforcement principles and strengthening measures were put forward, the time for secondary reinforcement was determined, and reinforcement support parameters were designed. Monitoring results showed that the new reinforcement technology had a significant effect on roadway maintenance and roadway deformation was small, the overall stability of surrounding rock had been controlled effectively.
