平顶山矿区深井回采巷道的高强协调支护技术

    High Strength Coordination Support Technology of Mining Roadways in Pingdingshan Deep Mine

    • 摘要: 针对丁5-6-26071风巷开采深度大、顶板破碎的特点,在已判别围岩稳定性的基础上,以高预应力高强锚杆-锚索协调支护为原则,对其进行了支护设计,并用数值计算的方法加以分析,工业性试验表明:掘巷阶段巷道表面位移、深部位移及深部受力均在合理的范围之内,巷道断面收缩率最大为12.4%,满足使用要求。此种支护技术在丁5-6-26071风巷的成功运用为平顶山矿区其他深井回采巷道支护提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: According to 26071 roadways with the features of deep mining and broken roof,and on the basis of classification of surrounding rock stability,this paper has designed support parameters with coordinate support technology and analyzed the support effect by numerical simulation.Industrial experimentation shows that during phase boring surface displacement,deep displacement and deep force are within reasonable range in roadway,the biggest area reduction is 12.4%,which can meet the requirement.This technology successfully used at 26071 roadways can provide valuable references for other roadways under deep conditions.
