矸石充填置换条带遗留煤柱技术

    Technology of Displacing the Rest of Strip Pillar With Filling Piles

    • 摘要: 针对建筑物下条带开采遗留的煤柱资源、掘进矸石提升并堆积到地表2大难题,提出了巷道不等强完全充填开采技术。分析了顶板稳定性及其破坏失稳机理,计算出了顶板挠曲增大、发生非控制位移的条件。采用三维数值软件对条带开采和煤柱回收后上覆岩层位移、应力传递规律进行了对比,发现条带煤柱矸石充填开采矿压显现不明显,地表变形在一级破坏范围内。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems that large resources are left in the mine and large amount of coal gangue is hoisted and piled on the surface, the paper put forward unequal strength complete filling mining technology for roadway. Roof stability and its instability destruction mechanism were analyzed. The conditions of roof deflection increase, the occurrence of non-controlling displacement are calculated. The displacement of the overlying strata and stress-transferring rule are analyzed after strip mining and pillar recovery with numerical calculation software. Research shows that strata behaviors are not obvious, main roof is not ruptured, and the surface deformation is within the fist degree damage.
