基于瓦斯涌出特征的机掘面作业类型判识技术

    Job Type Identification Technology of Tunneling Working Face Based on Gas Emission Features

    • 摘要: 对机掘工作面不同作业类型条件下瓦斯涌出的变化特征进行了分析,提出了与作业类型密切相关的瓦斯涌出波动幅度和下离差2项动态特征指标,通过样本分析获得了2项指标的作业类型判识阀值。并依此建立了工作面作业类型判识模型,开发了实时作业类型动态识别软件模块。应用该模型对该机掘工作面作业类型进行了识别,识别结果与实际工程作业符合性较好,判识结果输出直观便捷。

       

      Abstract: The gas emission features under different job types in tunneling face are studied, two dynamic indexes of fluctuation range and lower deviation which closely related with job type gas emission are put forward, and the identify threshold values of job types through analysis of samples are obtained. Accordingly, the identification model of job type is established, and a real-time dynamic recognition software modules for job types is developed. The model is applied to carry out tunneling face recognition for job types. The results are accurate and intuitive, and perfectly coincide with the real work cycle.
