基于共因失效计算模型的支架液压系统可靠性分析

    Analysis of System Reliability of Hydraulic Supports Based on Common Cause Failure Calculation Model

    • 摘要: 基于同煤国电同忻煤矿8107综放工作面严重冒顶事故原因分析和防治对策,提出支架液压系统共因失效可靠性计算分析方法。结合液压元件条件失效概率的定义,运用统计学方法推导出共因失效离散化计算公式。公式推导过程及应用实践表明:支架液压系统失效概率取决于顶板载荷和液压元件性能各自贡献量。由于二者离散程度不同,在计算分析中,既应考虑二者的相关性,又应对二者区别对待;8107综放工作面单架支架立柱液压系统可靠度为99.6%,但对于有110架综放液压支架串联组成的系统,其整体可靠性较低。

       

      Abstract: Based on the reason analysis and prevention countermeasures of critical top-caving accident at 8107 fully mechanized caving face in Tongxin Coal Mine, common cause failure reliability calculation analysis method of hydraulic support system was proposed. Combined with the definition of hydraulic component condition failure probability, common cause failure discrete formula was deduced by using statistical methods. Formula derivation and application practice showed that hydraulic system failure probability depended on the contribution of roof loads and hydraulic component performance. Since their discrete degrees were different, during the calculation analysis, it was necessary to consider the correlation and respond to discriminate between them. Hydraulic system reliability of single-frame support column was 99.6% in 8107 fully mechanized caving face, but the overall reliability was lower for the series connection system of No.110 fully mechanized hydraulic supports.
