Abstract:
In order to detect internal deformation and development process of rock strata, the article used embedded optical fiber Bragg grating sensor to detect cement mortar specimen deformation. In order to find out best cement proportioning, 36 testing samples for 9 kinds of ratio were made. All samples were tested by uniaxial compression experiment with MTS-815 servo tester and WE-30 type universal testing machine in the laboratory. Three samples which were buried with fiber Bragg grating sensor in the cement were analyzed. The results showed that the buried fiber sensors could give accuracy results about internal friction, slip phenomenon in cement specimen. When sand cement ratio was 1 and water cement ratio was 0.5, the compressive strength and the elastic modulus reached maximum, but Poisson's ratio had little difference compared with other composition. No matter how water-cement ratio changed, sample's compressive strength and elastic modulus decreased and Poisson's ratio increased. the best cement mortar proportioning was obtained for drilling sealing.
