急倾斜煤层充填开采相似模拟
Similarity Simulation of Backfill Mining in Steep Coal Seam

摘要: 以木城涧煤矿845工作面为原型,利用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板作为充填体,采取边采边充的方式,模拟了急倾斜煤层矸石充填开采过程,研究了急倾斜煤层采充过程中的顶底板应力和位移变化规律。实验证明:边采边充的充填开采方式可以较好的控制顶底板的裂隙扩展和应力集中,避免了顶板的大面积垮落和底板的鼓起。Abstract: Taking 845 working face of Muchengjian Coal Mine as prototype, this paper studied the law of stress and displacement of roof and floor in the process of backfilling in steep coal seam by using polyethylene plastic foam board as backfill and taking the method of backfilling while mining. It indicates that the style of backfilling can control the crack propagation and stress concentration of the roof and floor to avoid the caving of the large roof and the heaving of the floor.
