Abstract:
To solve the issues of air leakage and coal wall weathered along the roadway, orthogonal test is used to study a new anti-wind and plugging material by taking ordinary silicate cement as matrix material, fly ash and other additives as modified materials. By researching on mechanical properties and pore structure of the new composite material, and combining with the range statistical method, the best reference ratio is ensured: modified materials A, B, C, D are respectively 1.0%, 0.8‰, 1.3%, 1.2‰. This ratio had good viscous and anti-sagging when the material sprayed, and the material had good ability of toughness and collaborative deformation on the premise of suitable strength after condensation. The new type material will provide technical support for realizing safe, low consumptive and rapid construction.
