新型井下堵漏风材料实验研究

    Experimental Research on a New Underground Material for Plugging Air Leakage

    • 摘要: 为解决沿空巷道中漏风、煤壁风化等问题,以普通硅酸盐水泥为基体材料,以粉煤灰及其它添加剂为改性材料,利用正交实验法研究了一种新型井下堵漏风材料。通过对复合材料的力学性能、孔隙结构等进行实验研究并结合极差统计分析法,最终确定了材料的最佳参考配比:改性材料A(一种高效减水剂)1.0%,B(一种保水剂)0.8‰,C(一种高分子聚合物)1.3%,D(一种纤维)1.2‰,使得新型堵漏风材料在喷涂时具有良好的黏性和抗流挂性,凝结后在保证一定强度的前提下,具有较好的韧性和协同变形能力。

       

      Abstract: To solve the issues of air leakage and coal wall weathered along the roadway, orthogonal test is used to study a new anti-wind and plugging material by taking ordinary silicate cement as matrix material, fly ash and other additives as modified materials. By researching on mechanical properties and pore structure of the new composite material, and combining with the range statistical method, the best reference ratio is ensured: modified materials A, B, C, D are respectively 1.0%, 0.8‰, 1.3%, 1.2‰. This ratio had good viscous and anti-sagging when the material sprayed, and the material had good ability of toughness and collaborative deformation on the premise of suitable strength after condensation. The new type material will provide technical support for realizing safe, low consumptive and rapid construction.
