Abstract: Coal industry is a high-risk industry, and safety production is a long and arduous job. The direction for the coal industry safe production is pointed out because of the proposed concept of "coal production can achieve zero harm", which also presents a challenge. "zero harm" is the highest level of the mine safety management, and long-term safety mechanisms must be established and implemented in order to completely reverse the unfavorable safety situation. Therefore, to achieve safe production, to achieve "zero harm", we also need to make more efforts. This paper describes Zaoquan Coal Mine production safety practice and exploration in recent year, and explains how to achieve "zero harm" this goal.
