Abstract:
In order to resolve the contradiction between the growing demand of enterprise's safety culture and the lack of safety input, the qualitative and quantitative relationship was explored. The interactional qualitative relationship was built based on the safety value and safety climate. The hypothesis of the quantitative relationship on four different stages was proposed. A loop graph of casual feedback was built by the means of system dynamics. In the future research, through verifying the hypothesis of quantitative relationship, a reasonable safety input decision is established to optimize enterprise's safety culture.
