煤矿企业安全文化与安全投入之间的关系

The Relationship Between Coal Mine Enterprise's Safety Culture and Safety Input

  • 摘要: 为了解决煤矿企业日益增长的安全文化需求与安全投入不足之间的矛盾,探索两者之间的定性与定量关系。基于安全价值观与安全氛围建立企业安全文化与安全投入之间的交互影响定性关系,基于两者相似特点提出4个阶段的定量关系假设,基于系统动力学方法构建因果反馈回路图。通过验证定量关系假设,制定合理的安全投入决策,实现煤矿企业安全文化最优效果。
    Abstract: In order to resolve the contradiction between the growing demand of enterprise's safety culture and the lack of safety input, the qualitative and quantitative relationship was explored. The interactional qualitative relationship was built based on the safety value and safety climate. The hypothesis of the quantitative relationship on four different stages was proposed. A loop graph of casual feedback was built by the means of system dynamics. In the future research, through verifying the hypothesis of quantitative relationship, a reasonable safety input decision is established to optimize enterprise's safety culture.
