Study on Relation Between Abutment Pressure and Overlying Strata Cracks Evolution at Fully-mechanized Sublevel Caving Face

  • 摘要: 为了研究近水平厚煤层采动影响下支承压力分布与裂隙场演化的关系,采用相似模拟实验对五阳煤矿工作面回采过程中煤岩体内支承压力变化及覆岩裂隙演化进行了模拟。研究结果表明,工作面回采后,上覆煤岩体内产生冒落带、裂隙带和弯曲下沉带,冒落带高度22 m,裂隙带高度46 m;工作面回采过程中,支承压力呈动态变化,工作面前方支承压力可分为原岩应力区、应力降低区、应力波动区、应力集中区和应力升高区。采空区支承压力变化受关键层影响,关键层破断之前裂隙较为发育,采空区中部在关键层破断后被压实,裂隙密度减小,但切眼和工作面附近裂隙密度依然很大。
    Abstract: In order to study the relation between abutment pressure distribution and overlying strata mining fissure field, the similar simulation experiment is used to simulate variation of stress field and overlying strata cracks evolution during coal mining. The results show that caving zone, fractured zone and bending zone appear in overlying strata after coal seam mining. The height of caving zone is 22 m, and the hight of fractured zone is 46 m. Abutment pressure in goaf is dynamic changing, abutment pressure in front of the working face can be divided into five zones: stress decreasing zone, stress increasing zone, stress fluctuating zone, stress concentration area and stress steadiness zone. Abutment pressure in goaf affected by key stratum, fissures are well developed before key stratum rupture. After key stratum rupture, the middle part of goaf is compacted and fracture density decreased. But fracture near cutting-hole and working face are still well developed.
