固态断路器在煤矿低压系统的应用
Application of Solid-state Circuit Breaker in Coal Mine Low-pressure System

摘要: 以煤矿低压系统为研究背景,基于故障发生时快速断电安全保护的要求,阐述了三相交流半导体开关即固态断路器的发展现状,比较了基于不同半导体器件固态断路器的性能指标和优缺点,提出了基于IGBT的固态断路器的数学模型,从理论计算和仿真实验证明了其全关断时间td<1 ms,符合快速断电的技术要求。Abstract: This paper took the coal mine low-pressure system as the study background.Based on security requirements of fast power off when failure occurred,the development of the three-phase AC solid-state semiconductor switch that was the circuit breaker status was explained.Compared the performance indicators,advantages and disadvantages of different semiconductor devices based on kinds of solid-state circuit breakers,a mathematical model based on IGBT solid-state circuit breaker was proposed.The result of theoretical calculations and simulation experiment showed that its full turn-off time td was less than 1ms,which met the technical requirements of fast power off.
