Abstract: The coal mine, produced and constructed in 1975 of Shandong province, insists on safety guidelines of "safety first, focus on prevention, comprehensive treatment", and emphasis on infrastructure construction, innovations "333" safety management method which takes “three confirmed” as the starting point, “three bases” as management cornerstone, “three fine” as the core in mine production practice to ensure to achieve the best combination of the production site "man , machine, material , method,environment " five areas and to improve maximumly productivity and safety benefits.Through promoting enterprise safety culture to enhance safety management level, it cann promote coal mine safety, sustainable and harmonious development.
