锚固缺陷对锚杆拉拔试验荷载影响分析

    Influence Analysis of Anchoring Defects on Bolt Pull-out Load

    • 摘要: 为解决在地下巷道锚杆支护过程中出现的锚杆锚固缺陷问题,通过弹性理论对带有锚固缺陷的锚杆建立了力学模型并进行了分析,推导出了在带有锚固缺陷段的锚杆受拉拔荷载作用时的轴力和剪应力分布公式,并对锚固缺陷长度和位置等影响因素进行了分析,得到了锚固缺陷对锚杆锚固荷载的影响规律。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the anchoring defects problem in underground roadway bolting process, this paper establishes an mechanical model of bolts with anchoring defects based on elastic theory and analyzes it, then deduces the axial stress and shear stress distribution of bolts with one anchoring defect by pull-out load. The paper studies the influence factors of the length and position of the anchoring defects, and obtains the influence laws of the anchoring defects on the bolt anchoring load.
