厚煤层沿空动压巷道锚网支护技术

    Bolting With Wire Mesh Technology for Gob-side Dynamic Pressurized Roadway in Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对厚煤层综放工作面开采与沿空掘巷形成的采动及采空区交错重复动压影响问题,结合付村煤业有限公司3408综放工作面的开采特征,采用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了厚煤层沿空动压巷道围岩变形特征,并提出锚梯网(锚索)联合支护方案,通过对厚煤层沿空巷道锚杆应力、围岩变形实测,结果表明:厚煤层沿空巷道宽度收缩率为1.4%,高度收缩率仅为1.2%,达到围岩控制要求,保证巷道正常使用。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the effect problems that mining induced by longwall top coal caving (LTCC) and gob-side entry driving in thick coal seam and repeat staggered dynamic pressure in gob, based on the mining conditions of 3-up-408 caving face in Fucun Coal Industry, this paper studied the surrounding rock deformation characteristics of gob-side dynamic pressurized roadway by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, and proposed the combined supporting plan of anchor ladder network(cables). The field measured results of stresses in bolts and surrounding rock deformation indicated that the horizontal and vertical convergence of gob-side entry roadway in thick coal seam were only 1.4% and 1.2%, which proved that the supporting plan satisfies the surround rock stability controlling demands and normal service.
