高压变频电场解吸3#煤瓦斯气体试验研究

    Experimental Study on 3# Coal Gas Desorption Under High-voltage Inverter and Frequency Electric Field

    • 摘要: 研制了高压变频电场改变煤瓦斯气体吸附解吸性试验装置,在此装置上,以3#煤作为研究对象,对煤样的物理、化学性质进行了分析,在试验压力为0~4 MPa、电压为2 000 V、频率为10 kHz和40 kHz等条件下,对其瓦斯解吸性进行了试验研究。结果表明:在高压变频电场作用下,瓦斯等温解吸线遵从Langmuir定律,随着试验压力的增加瓦斯解吸量呈指数规律增加;频率为40 kHz的瓦斯解吸量大于频率为10 kHz的解吸量。

       

      Abstract: The experimental apparatus for the sorption and desorption of coal gas under high-voltage inverter and frequency electric field was developed. The physico-chemical property was analysed by taking 3# coal as research object. In the condition of 0-4 MPa experimental pressure, 2 000 V electric voltage, 10 kHz and 40 kHz frequency, the sorption and desorption of 3# coal was studied. The result is that the gas desorption isotherm line submits to Langmuir law under high-voltage inverter and frequency electric field. With the increment of the experimental pressure, the gas desorpted quantity increased in exponent law. The gas desorpted quantity of 40 kHz is more than the result of 10 kHz.
