高瓦斯易自燃厚煤层综放工作面回撤实践

    Removing Practice of Caving Face in Gas-logged and Inflammable Thick Seam

    • 摘要: 大佛寺煤矿40106综放面回撤前期采用锚网索联合支护回撤通道;回撤期间,在消火通道内施工瓦斯抽放孔及灌注凝胶孔,制定灌注三相泡沫、黄泥浆、凝胶、架顶铺设风筒布、注氮、汽雾阻化等综合防灭火措施,采空区CO始终稳定在(20~40)×10-6之间,保证了综放面所有设备在10 d内顺利回撤,为高瓦斯易自燃综放面回撤工作积累了宝贵经验。

       

      Abstract: In the gas-logged and inflammable thick seam,safe and quick removing is important step to ensure the safety in caving face at the end of mining.The 40106 full mechanized caving face of large Buddhist temple mine use combined support with bolting wire mesh in earlier stage of removing channel.During the removing,through comprehensive fire prevention measures of constructing gas drainage holes and pouring gel pores etc.,the CO concentration in goaf was stabilized between(20 ~ 40)×10-6,which ensured all equipment in full mechanized caving face smoothly removing within 10 days.It is valuable experience for removing work in gas-logged and inflammable thick seam.
