Abstract:
In order to solve coal side supporting problem under complicated conditions in the high stress crushed surrounding rock and syncline, fault, space of cross roadway and abutment pressure superposition of gob, and to prevent the caving accidents, with the analysis and study of coal side support difficulties on the large section gangue replacement lane in Xinsan Coal Mine, the new cable-channel steel truss support technology is put forward, and its supporting principle is introduced. The support parameters are designed and optimized by way of the numerical simulation software. The scheme is applied in the replacement roadway, and apparent economic and technical profits have been achieved.
