矿井风门智能控制系统
Intelligent Control System of Mine Air Door

摘要: 目前矿用风门的控制系统大多采用由开关量触发的简单控制,其结果导致控制系统无法准确识别通过风门的目标。设计采用嵌入式操作系统结合身份融合算法对通过目标实行准确监测,从而起到合理控制风门开通时长的作用。系统主要采用ARM Cortex-M3系列芯片作为微控制器;为了能够实现多任务、中断优先级分明的控制,利用RT-thread作为嵌入式操作系统。Abstract: At present, the simple control triggered by switching value was mostly applied to the control system of mine air door, which resulted in misidentification of the goals getting through the air door. The goals passing through the air door were monitored by the combination of embedded operating system and identity fusion algorithm so that the turn-on time of air door could be controlled in the reasonable range. The chips of ARM Cortex-M3 series were used as microcontroller of this system; in order to realize the control of multitask and interrupt priority level, the RT-thread was adopted as embedded operating system.
